If Wailord was real, given his size and weight, his overall density would be less than air. therefore he would float like a helium balloon.

Wailord is 14.5 meters long, and judging from his capsule figure, about half that in circumference. We’ll call him a cylinder for simplicity and use just 14 meters to make up for it. A cylinder is V=πr2h. If the radius is a fourth of its length, it comes out to 539 cubic meters.
Wailord is only 398 kg. That means that the density of warlord is 398kg/539m3, simplified to 0.74 kg/m3.
Bitch would be a balloon.
